BUSINESS - INCUBATOR
The incubator was born in 2015 through a joint initiative of universities, city hall and various institutions and business associations in the municipality. In 2016, initially installed on Macaé Institute of Science and Technology (IMCT), the incubator is transferred to Cidade Universitária and is now coordinated by CRIOs.
The structure was prepared to receive entrepreneurs and create a favorable environment for networking and innovation. To support this process, the incubator provides training and consulting programs for its incubated companies.
Through its actions to support entrepreneurship, it is expected that the CROS Incubator can become a vector of sustainable development for the region. Our areas of expertise are in Oil, Information and Communication Technologies, and Sustainability.
Our pre-incubation, incubation and graduation programs aim to support from business ideas to projects of companies already established in the market.

INCUBATION CYCLE 2019 - STARTUP MACAÉ
In partnership with the Municipality of Macaé, CRIOs UFRJ launched a program that aims to move local entrepreneurship.
The program's proposal is to seek the development of the contemplated projects, generating technology-based companies and turning Macaé into an environment at a time more favorable and attractive for the development of an ecosystem related to technological entrepreneurship and innovation.
The Macaé Startup program includes three modalities, detailed below.
MODE 1
Technological Development
15 individual grants for partners of companies with high potential for innovation and growth in the amount of R$5,000.00 (five thousand reais) per month per member.
MODE 2
Technological Support
10 individual scholarships for researchers in the amount of R$2,500.00 (two thousand five hundred reais) per month per researcher.
MODE 3
Technological Initiation
20 individual scholarships for students and/or entrepreneurs with proposals for innovation projects in the amount of BRL 1,000.00 (one thousand reais) per month.
2019 PRE-INCUBATION CYCLE
succellus is a company that can help public management and various economic sectors to plan and assess a series of land use and occupation activities, as well as the consequences of land modifications for the environment. It delivers land use and occupation solutions through maps produced using orthorectified and classified mosaics, associated with an interpretation service and, optionally, continuous monitoring.
Flettec is an online platform for renting electronic measuring equipment, offering the user equipment such as energy analyzer, ohmmeter, thermographic camera, etc. Aiming to make the search and contracting of the service quick.
We provide our consumers with a tea rediscovery experience, offering them a real drink, with lots of personality, probiotic effects and full of life! We prioritize the use of national herbs and ingredients in our productions. However, this does not discourage us from trying aromas and flavors from all over the world!
Company that works with projects for building electrical installations and photovoltaic solar energy, always striving for technical quality and sustainability in the search for the best energy solutions for its customers.
ProPancs is a project that aims to popularize non-conventional food plants in the market and develop new products and recipes based on PANCs.
Cachaçaria Serrinha works in the aging of artisanal cachaça in oak barrels, providing a product of high quality and particularities, with rich aromas and flavors.
Agro Society is an application for direct sales of organic products to the final consumer, ensuring better prices and increased sales to the producer.
