Innovation management
We support companies in implementing an Innovation Management Program, offering a complete methodology and proprietary tools. Based on the concept of open innovation, we provide interaction channels between the company and knowledge centers, we promote actions to engage the team and we guide managers in the development of innovation processes. In this program, we do not seek to develop a specific product or process project, but to transform the company into continuous source of ideas and innovation.
Product Development
We help entrepreneurs and companies to develop new products or services. We work from designing the business model, preparing the business plan, market research, feasibility analysis, as well as in the physical development of the product. We have the support of prototyping laboratories and tools available in Engineering courses at UFRJ.
Processes management
We use proven tools for mapping and management by processes (BPM) to help companies seek greater efficiency, quality and productivity. We propose a management based on deliveries, guided by processes and performance indicators. In this way, we contribute to construction of a systemic view and analysis of the company's business.
E-BASE
E-base is a platform developed by CRIOs-UFRJ that connects demands
from partner companies to service provider startups and researchers.

Every year, CRIOS UFRJ supports several companies through the incubation cycle, promoting training for
startups enter the market. However, we realized the need, in addition to transmitting knowledge and offering this support, to generate opportunities for graduate companies to remain competitive. And, seeking to optimize this competitive ability, we develop the E-base platform.
Furthermore, we grew up it is us we develop under of a university, and so we decided increase the scope radar
of the program, also reaching researchers interested in the themes to be proposed. In this way, will be connected to
market demands for developed solutions by startups and researchers.
HOW IT WORKS
Companies that seek innovation in improving processes, services or products, want increase their market share or become more competitive, look to the E-base platform to publish their challenges and demands .
From that, startups and researchers select the challenges they most identify in order to design a project to solve them. After the registration of each project will be selected applicants, immersion in the company, training and implementation of the solution. Thus, the E-base encourages the startup ecosystem and promotes solutions to Marketplace.

in an intensive and limited period of time, using technology and
